MINI VACATION TO DENVER…

PJ SET: Kate Spade
Happy Monday!! I’ve been a little MIA lately because I’ve been trying to settle Liam in. My sister left last Wednesday so I’ve been completely on my own. Being a mom, a blogger, an assistant manager, AND a student all at the same time is extremely tough! When Tommy gets back, I want to take another mini vay-cay to Denver to relieve from this overwhelming month.
When my sister was down here, we took a girls trip up to Denver. We stayed at The Crawford Hotel located in Union Station. Our room was unlike any other room I’ve ever stayed in, it had a lot of culture and history to it. Our room was antique, colorful, and had everything you would need to feel at home. (I was shocked that they had complimentary Voss water, lol). Our hotel was really unique, we had a center view of Union Station from our floor. We were all tired of driving so we spent a good amount of time in our room. It’s obvious that Liam and I are madly in love with brunch. A piece of bacon can change lives! My friends recommended us to go get brunch at “Snooze“. If yall are ever in Denver, I highly recommend eating there as well. The wait is long but totally worth it. One of the perks that comes with the hotel is that you’re able to skip the wait line at Snooze so we didn’t wait too long for our food. There are several amazing restaurants located right inside of Union Station. The best part about staying at The Crawford was that you could eat, drink, shop, and go sightseeing all on the first floor. The hotel even has a Tesla car service that takes you anywhere within a certain amount of miles. I was really tempted to take it, but lugging around a stroller and carseat is tough. I kid you not, EVERYTHING that we wanted to do or see was within one mile!! We went to 16th Street Mall so my sister could shop at Uniqlo, grab lunch on Larimer Square, and even went shopping at Cherry Creek. Julie and I tried to go to Little Man’s Ice-cream because we heard that it’s a must have dessert in Denver. We attempted to go there TWICE! The line there was always wrapped around the building. We ended up finding out that Milkbox Ice Creamery (which was located on the first floor of the hotel) carries 16 flavors of Little Man’s Ice-cream. We were able to get complimentary ice-cream from them every day from the hotel. (That was probably Liam’s favorite perk about staying The Crawford). The cinnamon toast crunch flavor is heavenly! We were only in Denver for the weekend but I felt as if we were there for an entire week. We were always on the go and trying new restaurants. Being located in the center of Denver really helped cut down on travel time. My sister might possibly visit us again, so another girls trip is in order.
Thank you so much for stopping by!

A thank you to The Crawford Hotel for our stay, as always all opinions are my own.
