HALF BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION…

Hi there! 

Before yall start reading, I want to let yall know that this post is a little sappy. My little baby boy turned 6 months today (moment to cry)!! Liam has grown so much in these past few months; he loves playing with his billion of toys and enjoys being read to every night by Tommy. 

Last Monday, we took Liam on his first zoo visit at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We put him in his LL Bean bear suit to keep him warm. They should really make these in adult sizes, lol. This zoo was probably the best one that I’ve ever been too. It’s located on a mountain, so that right there makes it 10x better than most. Liam loved the giraffes and elephants; those are his favorites (or so I like to think, lol). I loved being able to feed and be close to the animals there. My favorite part was probably the gift shop…it has been a favorite of mine since I was little. We went a little crazy at the gift shop. We bought Liam this long stick that makes noises when you flip it. It’s not the safest baby toy, but he loved it (I just have to be around him when he’s playing with it)!

Later that evening we set out a sheet and a cake for his big CAKE SMASH! He loved mushing the cake around…I was actually surprised that he destroyed it completely. Giving him a bath after was extremely difficult, as you can imagine. 

Today were going to be staying since he has a little cough. I can’t imagine how emotional I’m going to be when he turns a year old!
