Happy Monday! I’m back from Houston and already counting down the days until I’m back this weekend. Last weekend was my first time flying/traveling without Liam. The longest I’ve ever been away from him was probably one whole day; it was extremely difficult going 3 days without him. Liam was originally going to go with me because Tommy had plans to leave for training last week but it got pushed to this week. It made a lot more sense for Tommy and Liam to have a father/son weekend than to bring Liam with me to Houston. From what Tommy sent me, they had a blast. They did some pumpkin carving, went to Toys R’ Us, then went Trick or Treating at the zoo. Tommy told me that Liam was running around like he had ate his entire bucket of candy (he only had two pieces). Liam was overjoyed that everything kept calling him Buzz Lightyear. Liam wears his costume at least twice a week around the house, lol.
I was in Houston for a Create and Cultivate conference and it was so inspiring. I’ve never been, and had been dying to go for a long time. It’s a place where bloggers, brands, and influencers get together to learn how to create creative content, build a brand, and all things related to blogging. Sophia Bush was actually a guest speaker and I had a One Tree Hill fan moment when she walked on stage.
