Can yall believe that Thanksgiving is in 10 days?! Tommy’s birthday also falls on Thanksgiving day so we have a lot to celebrate next week. I FINALLY thought about gifts that he would love last night and I can’t wait to surprise him. When it comes to gifts I’m the type of person that would prefer to have your wish list. It’s straight to the point and I don’t have to wonder about whether or not that gift was a great idea. For our very first Christmas, I was 100% sure that he would be obsessed with the gift that I got him. Tommy loves coffee more than anyone I know. I got him a Keurig (back when Keurigs were a big deal) to make his mornings more convenient and brighter. For years, I thought he loved it. It was just last year when the Keurig broke (4 years after I gave it to him) that he finally told me that he didn’t like it because it only made one cup at a time versus what his ancient Mr. Coffee made, which was about 5 cups. I was in shock and still give him S words about it to this day! I told him that from here on out, he’s getting gift cards and shoes. He’s a big fan of surprises so lets hope that I don’t fail again…
Anyways, with Thanksgiving around the corner, I thought it would be a great time to share my first Thanksgiving outfit idea. The best part is that this sweater is currently on sale! I first saw it on one of my favorite bloggers, Caitlyn Covington and immediately ran into Express. This sweater is insanely soft and worth every penny. I choose this yellow mustard color because it reminded me of the colors of fall. The sweater is also super loose so it’s perfect to hide that Thanksgiving food baby. (I’m wearing a size Medium). What I also noticed about this sweater after wearing it a few times is that it gets longer in length. The material is slowly stretching but not in a bad way, at all. I’m not sure if that’s just in my head, lol. Express also has this super soft and fuzzy cowl neck sweater that I plan on picking up today. It would also be a cute sweater to wear on thanksgiving.
