Okay, I’m so not ready for Christmas to be here. My to-do list is never ending. To top it all off, our flight was delayed yesterday in Denver and now I’m a day behind my schedule. The airport was insane, there were tons of flights cancelled and if we would have waited to rebook with the same airline, we wouldn’t have flown out to Houston until the 23rd. Luckily, Tommy found a pair of military tickets for us to fly back to Houston that same day. We were at the airport for over 6 hours! We have access to the USO, so it definitely made things a lot easier. We had a place to relax, eat, and catch up on anything we had to do online.
Anyways! (Sorry, I had to vent, lol). This outfit is one of my favorite Christmas outfits and definitely super easy to recreate. I love mixing stripes and plaid, it turns two basics into a chic and festive twist. I’ve even seen people add a leopard pair of booties or clutch and it looks so chic all together. This scarf is from last year and if you can get your hands on it, get it! It’s my favorite Christmas patterned scarf! ASOS no longer sells it, but I found a boutique online that had the exact one for about $12. They’ve restocked it several times so I’d keep my eye on it. It reminds me of this scarf that has been popular for the past 3ish years that everyone owns. Mixing patterns and colors that I typically wouldn’t think about pairing strangely turn out to be my favorites. Do yall have any pattern combos that yall just love? I’ll have to try them out.
xo,
Annie
